Rudolph Mascarenhas is a widely traveled entrepreneur with interests in several sectors including agriculture and Information Technology. He has over 30 years of rich experience in building business in various sectors. He is currently the Chairman at Comat, the Director, Janamadhayama Prakashana Limited and Partner at Chandravalli Estate, Hosagadde Estate and Karhesia Estate. Significant positions held in the past include being the Chairman, Mysore Coffee Limited and Bababudin Coffee Limted, the Director of the National Co-operative Bank Limited and a Member of the Coffee Board.

Maya Chorengel is the Managing Director of Elevar Equity and has been involved in microfinance investing since 2005. Prior to this, she was Managing Director of the Dignity Fund, a private investment fund that provided loans and guarantees to commercially oriented, high-growth microfinance institutions throughout the developing world. Maya also serves on the boards of the Dignity Fund and Silicon Valley Microfinance Network, the advisory board of WaterPartners International, as well as the investment committees of the Dignity Fund, MicroCredit Enterprises and Wokai. Prior to joining the Dignity Fund, Maya was a Vice President of the private equity firm, Warburg Pincus, working in the firm’s New York, Hong Kong and Menlo Park offices. She invested in a variety of companies spanning venture capital to leveraged buyouts to post-Asian crisis balance sheet restructurings. Earlier in her career she was an associate in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley Asia Limited (Hong Kong and Singapore) and an analyst at James D. Wolfensohn, Incorporated. Maya graduated with Honors in Social Studies from Harvard University and has a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Vishal Kapur is currently Investment Manager at Avigo Capital. He has extensive experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Restructuring and Business Performance Improvement. Prior to joining Avigo, Kapur worked with the Boston Consulting Group (India) and Booz Allen Hamilton (USA) specializing in operations and corporate strategy.

Sriram Raghavan is a pioneer in providing government and private information services to citizens across rural India. He has traveled extensively across rural India and brings an astute insight on rural communities and their needs. Raghavan has been a successful advisor and mentor to non-profit organizations including the Sustainable Business Institute and Startup EPA, both based in Silicon Valley, USA. He has also worked with Fortune 100 companies and assisted startups in the Bay area. Raghavan has been invited by the Government of India and plays a crucial role in strategizing several policy initiatives at state and national levels. He also works closely with Poverty Action Lab at MIT and academia from Harvard. Raghavan is also the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Comat.

Ravi Rangan is a visionary with the combined qualities of an astute businessman and a qualified technologist. His expertise lies in Software Engineering and Business Process Outsourcing and he has vast experience in delivering comprehensive business strategy and technology solutions for clients worldwide. Rangan has immense knowledge of the governance and regulatory structure of state governments across India. As an e-Governance pioneer, he has been instrumental in the design, architecture and implementation of several path breaking concepts and processes that have radically improved transparency in governance and delivery of citizen services. Rangan is also the Vice-Chairman and co-founder of Comat.
